EP-250 Lubricant
Designed for thick gauged steel, this water-based lubricant will replace thick oils. The anti-wear additives are ideal for heavy flanging and forming of engine mounts, eyelets and stainless steel parts. This product can be welded without wash.

Score-free Extrusions
These water pump impellers were made with a straight black oil generating extreme heat. This created excessive metal slivers that scored the inner diameter of the hub which resulted in downtime for having to polish the die section. By switching to Metal Mates lubricants, the stamper could eliminate downtime and dissipate the heat and slivers building up in dies.
