Tool Life and
Eliminate Housekeeping Costs
A
Tier I manufacturer of complete exhaust
assemblies used a liquidy lubricant that
created major housekeeping issues. The
lubricant did not provide adequate tool
life and there were many dermatitis complaints.
Metal Mates new JL-12 gel was introduced
and Engineering noticed a 30-50% increase
in mandrel tool life and the mess around
the benders disappeared. There are no
longer complaints of dermatitis.
